New Generation Arts in short NGA is a full-service video and live stream company operating on Bulgarian landscape. It has 15+ years of experience, and it has been working with some of the best know Bulgarian stars.

Project overview

NGA wanted to attract new customers and have a better online positioning. This was a real freelance project and it's duration was near 3 months.

What I did

  • First I made a website audit of NGA's old website, both desktop and mobile to find out what are current problems with their online presents. I wanted to see how they position themselves, what types of CTA were using, was it having any usability and functionality issues, as well as accessibility of the website.
  • Then I’ve conducted a competitive analysis to see where NGA is situated in the brands landscape and what their competitors offer, how they position themselves and how they communicate their value.
  • I've conducted and a user survey to find out new information and potentially discover new insights or perspectives on a topic. Also I wanted to learn more about the user persona and their expectations about this type of service.
  • After that came the strategy, IA, user flows, paper sketches and wireframe creation. On the wireframe was made first usability testing with good result and little iteration.
  • Later on I began to create the visual moodboard for the site and we were discussing it.
  • Then I jump into Figma to create the new look and feel of the brand both for desktop and mobile.
  • After that was last usability testing and then development of the site on Wix. You can see the live site here.
